Antonio Vaglica graduated from Long Island University where he played baseball and received a bachelors degree in business administration.

After college, Antonio jumped right into the financial services industry in 2017 and never looked back. In 2019, Antonio and his business partner, Landon Archangelo, started a company called ConsistencyWins where they focus on building a community of growth-oriented business athletes through a mastermind group and podcast. Antonio and Landon own a business advisory practice that focuses on asset protection, tax strategy, growth strategy, and exit planning. A need for cost segregation for their clients triggered the founding of LABC Cost Segregation for helping real estate investors and business owners save more money on taxes.

Antonio specializes in working with growth-oriented entrepreneurs on asset protection, proactive tax planning, balance sheet optimization and succession/exit planning.

Outside of business, Antonio enjoys traveling, playing golf, exercising, reading, and playing with his german shephard Ella.
