The LABC Process
We understand your desire for a comprehensive and expertly conducted cost segregation study, aiming to maximize accelerated depreciation to the fullest extent possible.
At LABC Cost Segregation, we assure you of an exceptional journey towards achieving the best results.
The Beginning
Currently, we’re focusing on the essentials. In fact, we frequently gather all necessary information from public sources and simply require your confirmation to proceed.
Feasibility Analysis
Drawing from our extensive experience across thousands of studies encompassing various property types, we provide an initial estimate of potential savings achievable through a comprehensive cost segregation study. While our estimates are reliably accurate, we maintain a conservative approach, often resulting in clients exceeding expectations with even greater savings upon completion of the final study.
Proposal
Upon completion of the feasibility analysis, you will be presented with a formal proposal from SPECS for conducting a comprehensive cost segregation study. This proposal will outline the pricing and timeline for the study to be completed.
Document Gathering
Once the proposal is signed, we will reach out to you or your support staff to collect any additional documentation necessary for conducting the study. This may include depreciation schedules, detailed property descriptions, construction schedules, and other relevant information. We understand that you have a business to manage, so we strive to make this process as seamless and effortless as possible for you.
In-depth Virtual Evaluation
We use advanced tools to look closely at your property, finding ways to save on taxes. This evaluation is done online, so it’s convenient and doesn’t interrupt your business.
Accountant Input
We maintain communication with your internal and/or external accountant to validate and clarify any inquiries regarding your unique tax circumstances and any special tax considerations associated with the property that could influence the results of the cost segregation study.
Study Delivered
Once the proposal is signed, we will contact you or your support staff to collect any supplementary documentation required for the study. This may encompass depreciation schedules, detailed property descriptions, construction schedules, and other pertinent materials. We understand the demands of your business, so we aim to streamline this process for your convenience, ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free experience.
