LABC Cost Segregation prepares engineering-based cost segregation studies for real estate owners. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline and fee for any study are set out in a separate written proposal or engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.

The content on this website, including case studies, examples and calculations, is general information. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not take your situation into account. The results of any study depend on your property, your tax position and applicable law. Talk to your own CPA or tax advisor before acting on any information here.

A feasibility analysis is a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. We keep estimates conservative, but an estimate is not a guarantee of the results of a completed study or of any tax savings.

Fees, payment timing and any refund or cancellation terms for a study are set out in your proposal or engagement agreement. Late or failed payment may delay delivery of your study until it is resolved.

The content of this website belongs to LABC Cost Segregation. A study we prepare for you is delivered for your use and your tax advisors’ use once it is paid in full, as further described in your engagement agreement. Our methods, templates and supporting work papers remain ours.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential business information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, both during and after the relationship ends.

Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that its content is free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, LABC Cost Segregation’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the study giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
